This is aromatically quite similar to the Pucelles though with the addition of a subtle dollop of wood and perhaps even more floral nuances. The equally sleek, delicious and slightly more concentrated middle weight flavors possess an abundant reserve of dry extract that helps to buffer the citrus-tinged acidity shaping the even more persistent finish that also displays a lightly tannic quality.
